It’s not often I email you on a Sunday, especially a cold, wet ☔️ and dreary one like today, but it feels like a good time to share what’s been happening behind the scenes.

If you have been around a little while, then you may recall that back in July I sent you this email about feeling completely frozen in my business.
And honestly… that was one of the scariest moments of my business journey.

I had built something that technically worked, but it did not feel like mine anymore. It felt heavy. Misaligned. Like I was keeping something going that did not reflect the business or life I want next. (And so many of you resonated with what I was saying, which meant so much.)

Since then, I have been winding parts of the business down, but it has been scary.

It is a bit like sorting through a house you have lived in for years. Some things you release easily. Others take more courage. And you have to trust that creating space is part of building what comes next.

But I can feel this new chapter unfolding, and I am choosing it fully.

As part of the shift, I have been really focused on building what I am meant to be building now. Without distraction.

✨ Systems that take pressure off your shoulders
✨ Systems that save you hours every week
✨ Systems that support your growth instead of draining your energy

Think client onboarding that runs without you.
Proposals that generate themselves after a discovery call.
Content that repurposes across platforms while you focus on delivery.
AI tools that do not churn out generic rubbish, but actually understand your context and workflow.

And I want to be upfront about something.
The deeper I go, the more I realise that this is what I need to be talking a lot more about. I have strong opinions, as well as a love/hate relationship with AI and automation. So it is not hype. Not fear. Just the grounded reality that these tools can genuinely change your quality of life when you use them well.

We are moving into a very different era of work. Some people are even predicting things like Universal Basic Income (UBI), where the government provides a standard income to everyone due to shifts in how people work and earn. Whether that becomes our reality or not, the world is changing quickly.

Which is why I believe this moment matters so much.
For me, the mission is simple:

💡 More digital capability so the skills gap does not limit your growth
💡 More freedom to build wealth and stability in a changing world

This is the direction I am moving in.
This is the work I want to lead.
